The Plan:

2nd April

Depart London for Guangzhou

4th April

Arrive Guangzhou, depart for Auckland.

5th April

Depart for Nelson. Collect hire cars, buy food and supplies, and drive to base of Mt Owen.

6th April

Helicopter lifts in most of equipment. Hike up, and establish basecamp.

7th April

Expedition begins.

22nd April

Expedition ends. Helicopter lifts equipment down mountain.

23rd April

Drive to Nelson Airport, depart for Auckland. Depart for Guangzhou

24th April

Depart for Heathrow
